So How Private is Private?
The nature of our business is based on trust, confidentiality, discretion, and a private relationship with our clients. For these reasons our clients do not wish to be listed on a web page with their logo showing touting their use of our TSCM services. It should be obvious why no company or private customer wants to broadcast any potential weakness or vulnerability. Additionally, there are many complicated and complex legal issues involved with the discovery, location, and tracing the surveillance, bug or wiretapping device back to its source.
Be very wary of any firm that throws out a list of their private customers - because if you do business with them, your name will probably be utilized at some point in their next sales pitch.
So how do you judge Granite island Group's credentials, and previous successes. One way is to review the credentials of our President on LinkedIn (a business Networking site) and on his biographical page on this site. James has authored books and articles, appeared on TV, radio, in countless respected publications, and by Congress as a subject matter expert against three of the largest American defense contractors. This work for Congress saved the American public billions of taxpayer dollars, but also cost these three defense contractor their illicit billions in profits. The U.S. government and foreign governments seeks technical advice and TSCM services from Granite Island Group because we are known as Honest Brokers that will always be truthful and straight-up to Congress, our country, and our clients.
Granite Island Group's President has met or made presentations to multiple U.S. Presidents, and has had his analysis work included in the Presidential Daily Briefings. He has been engaged by Congress, has contracts (in the public record) with the U.S. Air Force (USAF), U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), National Security Agency (NSA), State Department, National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), US Secret Service, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), and a large number of governmental agencies not generally known to the public. In addition to the work we do in the United States, we're respected globally for our work in TSCM and related subjects and have been engaged by numerous foreign governments in our area of expertise. We are also very careful not to engage in any kind of conflict of interest situation, and (unlike other firms) will not undertake any project where we are ask to reveal out clients confidential affairs, nor will we ever betray the trust of a client in any way... ever!
Much of our corporate work comes from repeat, large multi-national corporations, and not always at their main corporate offices. Many executives are shocked and surprised to discover that their home phones are bugged, and very often covert video links have also been installed in and around their homes. Executives are often appalled to discover that their home offices were not quite as private as they had assumed.
Our clients also include: small business owners, executives at any level in a large corporation, physicians, dentists, attorneys, clergy, scientists, presidents, Russian oligarchs, sheiks, Members of Congress, union leaders, ship captains, military officers, nurses, accountants, architects, journalists, geologists, restaurant owners, engineers, teachers, farmers, paper mills, ranchers, teachers, professional athlete, musicians, entertainers, actors, models, tanning salons, chemists, casinos, directors, bankers, stock brokers, hotel owners and managers, real estate agents, media heads, artists, dancers, photographers, motorcycle repair shops, local governments, state governments, oil refineries, defense contractors, federal government, tribal leaders, and anybody else who is a sensitive position, or who has secrets that others are try to obtains.
This type of spying on people to get an upper hand in any negotiation isn't limited to giant corporations, executives, or governments - it happens every day without much thought being given to it.
In reality in just about any case involving a disagreement between two parties, at least one party may try to get the upper hand by using some type of eavesdropping device.
When appropriate, prior to an engagement, a detailed discussion with our President can add more information regarding our specific client base, but we do not divulge specific private information about our clients. The next time you are playing golf, at a social function, or having a private meeting with another top level executive... ask them if they have used us in the past, and do not be surprised if they give you a quiet acknowledgement and then recommend that you seek out our services.
